Mr. Welliver has an extensive background in the security industry and specializes in federal contracts.  He comes to us from a large national security firm where he was a Contract Manager, Program Manager, Compliance and Training Manager, and Division Director.

As a twenty-year veteran of the USAF and a former deputy sheriff, police officer and Department of Defense civilian detective, Mr. Welliver brings to Superior his expertise in both military and civilian law enforcement in addition to his vast experience in private security management and contract compliance.

Mr. Welliver attended OSU and Eastern New Mexico University.

A copy of the video which clearly shows the suspect and his vehicle was given to the local police department.  Within days the suspect was spotted by law enforcement and an arrest was made.

In addition to confessing to the theft of the trailer, the suspect confessed to the theft of many other trailers over the past year.

Law enforcement detectives said that the video evidence obtained from the surveillance system was vital in identifying the suspect and the vehicle.
